Mary Borgmann has over 10 years of management within Continuing Care Retirement Communities. Mary’s leadership skillset includes: diversity and inclusion advocacy, operations management, program consultation and education/training. Mary obtained her M.A. in Forensic Psychology and is currently enrolled in the Gerontology/Leadership PhD. program at Concordia University. Her current research focus is on LGBTQIA+ aging especially the lifecourse perspective, resilience and evolving experiences of the LGBTQIA+ population.
